Developer & maker — based in Kuwait

I build software people actually use.

Web apps, desktop tools, and games — designed, coded, and shipped end to end. From a multi-tenant platform that runs live guilds to a local-first writing app and a survival city-builder, I take ideas all the way to something you can open and play with.

Inkwell

A local-first writing app for novelists. Manuscript tree, corkboard, timeline, mood arc, interactive story maps with journey lines, character and location “banks,” and a consistency checker — your work stays on your machine, with optional cloud sync.

A fantasy survival city-builder in the spirit of Frostpunk. Lead humanity's last refuge against the Gloom: hold back the dark with light, ring your settlement in lamp posts, balance Hope against Unrest, and research your way through the lengthening night.

About

I'm Omar — a self-taught developer from Kuwait who likes building complete things: not just a prototype, but software that's deployed, maintained, and actually used by people.

I work across the stack and across platforms — backend services and databases, web front-ends, cross-platform desktop apps, and games. I run my own infrastructure too, so I'm comfortable from the first line of code to the production server and the domain it lives on.

Right now I'm growing the Guild Planner platform, polishing Inkwell, and building out Emberhold.
